With over two decades of experience, Joshua is an expert in project management and systems integration. He has led multi-disciplinary teams to enhance safety and efficiency, while delivering innovative solutions and ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.

With a comprehensive range of professional skills gained as a representative of both contractors and consultants, Lorraine, offers valuable experience in project and construction management, design-build coordination, scheduling, project controls and cost/budget management, QA/QC and Safety & Security Certification.

Otto is experienced in construction, maintenance management, project
management and systems design in freight and rail transit.
Having worked as a consultant, installer, and owner, he has an in-depth understanding of effectively managing highly complex, systems specific projects.

Mello earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) and gained valuable experience in the construction, testing, and commissioning of temporary and permanent stations, relay room structures, and the integration of electrical, communications, and signal systems.

Andre has more than 30 years of experience in designing, commissioning and maintaining Signal Train Control Systems.
Andre served for more than 25 years with the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) as a signal maintainer and engineer, routinely assisting with the development of project specific submittals, specifications and signal design improvements.

Tania is an Engineer in Training (EIT) with robust experience in design engineering spanning from 2D and 3D modeling of roadway projects, storm sewer design, lighting design, and signal design. Tania earned her BS in Civil Engineering from Marquette University.
Zofia and Otto, a sibling duo, both studied engineering at Michigan Technological University and were introduced to the industry through the same construction management internship at Hill International. Here, they saw the potential to raise the standard of excellence in the industry and formed Chicago Systems & Signals. The culmination of Zofia's leadership and Otto's technical expertise has resulted in the stable growth of the company and mutually beneficial client relationships.
