Zofia has developed the business architecture to support the growth of the organization and ensure operational success. She applies expertise at the intersection of engineering and sustainably with an emphasis on corporate sustainability strategy and infrastructure assessment. 

 Otto is experienced in construction, maintenance management, project

management and systems design in freight and rail transit.

Having worked as a consultant, installer, and owner, he has an in-depth understanding of effectively managing highly complex, systems specific projects.

 With a comprehensive range of professional skills gained as a representative of both contractors and consultants, Lorraine, offers valuable experience in project and construction management, design-build coordination, scheduling, project controls and cost/budget management, QA/QC and Safety & Security Certification.  

Mello earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) and gained valuable experience in the construction, testing, and commissioning of temporary and permanent stations, relay room structures, and the integration of electrical, communications, and signal systems. 

Tania is an Engineer in Training (EIT) with robust experience in design engineering spanning from 2D and 3D modeling of roadway projects, storm sewer design, lighting design, and signal design. Tania earned her BS in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. 

  Cliff has 17 years of experience in freight and transit rail signaling projects with a focus on interlocking and grade crossing hardware design, software design, cutover staging and planning, and commissioning. His experience on projects ranges from industrial lead additions to mega projects and spans several transit agencies and Class 1 railroads.
